I have attended many wrestling matches over the past 25 years, attended every state tournament since 1987, seen many of the opposing schools set-ups but Tuesday nights Schuyler Wrestling Alumni “Throwback” Night was the best event for high school wrestling I have ever witnessed.

We have a big week this coming 8 days with 8 duals, 2 on Thursday, 5 on Saturday and another dual on Tuesday.  While we were able to beat Crete 39-33 I did not think we particularly wrestled very well.  While we wrestled well on our feet we got into some trouble on the mat.  At York we were able to finish 3rd, we really felt we should have been in the top two at this meet.
